I kick high!

Folks, this is why I am never going to get better! I have ADHD in a HUGE way! And I keep on forgetting that I am seriously injured, or maybe I don't forget as much as I just don't care... That's not the point! The point is, I AM IN PAIN AGAIN! hahaha! I went to the beach with a bunch of friends this morning, and my plan was just to sit there and watch everybody surf and then we were going to go to breakfast. It was going well until my friend Mike showed up and we started to horseplay. I took Tae Kwan Do with this dude for 3 years because that's what all the cool kids were doing at the time, but I wasn't into it. When I quit, he kept on going and is now a first degree black belt. I have been practicing Filipino martial arts since I was 8 so that's where my heart is. And when I quit tae kwan do and went back to Eskrima, it seems like whenever we are around each other we are sparring. I win sometimes and he wins most of the time, but its because like everything else, I never actually train hard enough to be the best. Lucy Lui is a Filipino Martial arts practitioner, and she kicks ass, but I just don't have that kind of dedication! Okay I don't know where I am going with this soooo let me think and then pull myself back in....
SO yeah this is a picture of me messing around and jumping in the air with a slipped disc and a damaged sciatic nerve! I is a smart one! Life is good, and I am having fun even though I walk like the hunchback of Notre Dame. Its a great day outside and once I am finished showering, I am going to drive down to Orange County for the AVP qualifiers. Its going to be pretty exciting, I love beach volleyball. It is soo intense and the guys, WOW!! WOW!! WOW!! I have to work extra hard to not stare, but that's half the fun!

What is so funny is "how did I get to this blog?" Then I got to reading and couldn't believe where GOD put me. Eric you seem to be hurting so badly and I want you to know that the GOD I know loves everyone no matter who they are or what they have done. I want to challenge you to read the book of John in the New Testament of the bible. You will find answers you seek there. And you don't know me, but I will be praying for you to find Jesus. He is the reason for me sending this to you. GOD bless you and I will pray your mother will lose her condemnation of things and use the bible to show you how much GOD really loves you....bless you...

It sounds like you have serious issues sticking with things. It seems like there are a lot of things that you could be good at if only you applied yourself. Wow i sound like a teacher! But you are obviously an athletic guy that is good at a lot of things. I think that you are just scared of putting yourself out there and failing. The thing is that we all fail sometimes, and even if you do fail its all a learning experience that makes you better! Right now when you fail you have the fact taht you did't try your hardest to console you, but once you take that away, you will be in uncharted territory! You really should think about it, its quite exhilerating. I hope that you take my words into consideration.

I love beach volleyball! Its so fast paced and the guys are freakin hot!!! I hope that you have a great time at the beach. Take some picutres because I would love to see some of the eye candy that you encountered at the beach! You should think about resting and not doing so much cause body damage sucks and you sire are injured like fuck right now! Yup just some food for thought. live long and prosper homie.

Sooo which one are you?? I love a guy that knows how to fight! I think that's realy sexy! I hope that you are having fun at the beach volleyball qualifiers, that sounds like a lot of fun. I wish that I lived in California, then there would be pro beach volleyball games to go to, or hijinks at the beach while my friends were surfing! JEALOUS!!! Hey ADHD??? That's a made up illness just so you know. But any excuse to take legalized speed is good for me!

oooo A martial artss enthusiast and an asian guy! Wow it must be really hard to not see the irony in that! Especially for a guy who hates stereotypes! Kidding! Wel ok maybe I am not kidding as much as I am jsut stating a fact in a humurous way... Well AVP's sound like a good time. I have never seen a pro beach volleyball game live, I love watching them on TV, but I am sure that there's something lost in the transition. I am really jealous of you and all of the eye candy that you are probably oggling right now! This is why Ohio sucks! I am going to go cry myself to sleep in my pillows now. Thanks for depressing me man!

I love your blog! You just seem to have this infectious personality and an awesome way to look at things! I started reading your blog a few weeks ago, and I decided to start from the beginning, and now that I am done, I just have to say that I think you are awesome! Is it just you or are all california boys as cool as you are>?>?? The dude with the long hair is the tae kwan do guy isn't he?? He deffinitely has the right form, you must be the other guy with the short hair. You should definitely become a pro surfer, I don't know any, but I think that you have the zen attitude that I would imagine most of them having.

I can not understand how somebody can be so open to life and everything else around you. yet at the same time be so closed to the options that are right in front of you! I think that you are an amazing guy that seems to have this knack at succeeding at whatever you try! You should think about life and figure out what is important to you! I am sad for you, because it almost seems like you are going to use your injury to further hinder you from succeeding at life! I don't presume to know you that intimately, but you would have to agree that it is a common theme in a lot of what you say, that you don't ever give 100%. I get that its scary, I play college ball, and I am deathly afraid of being in the public eye and being gay, and I get that's a fear for you also. But I realized that even if I were to be figured out, besides my team mates beating me in the locker room, and probably hazing me till I quit, I think that I would be pretty relieved to not have to hide who I am! Wow that sounded really crazy, but I just wanted to say that I get it. Don't let this be your excuse for not doing well in your tournament this summer! Prove the whole world that you can do it.

OOO Beach volley ball games all day sound like fun! I like that picture of you and your friend, you seem like you have lots of fun with him. I imagine this could be one of those "whats your verb" advertisements! hahaha! I love those things. Sorry to hear that your back hurts though! Its just kewl to see that you aren't going to let it hinder you from having fun! That's the important thing!
